Our holistic approach places emphasis on taking the child's environment, physical health, and mental health into account before creating a treatment plan tailored to each child's specific needs.

Katherine Lo, ARNP is a board-certified family psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. She specializes in psychiatric medication management for children and adolescents ages 4 to 18. Kay is a Seattle native who is proud to call the Pacific Northwest home. Prior to taking on private practice full time, Kay worked at Seattle Children’s Hospital in both inpatient and outpatient capacities over the course of 7 years. She has an extensive background in mental health beginning with a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Scripps College and a master’s degree in nursing from Seattle University. She has worked with children of all ages in many settings including school counseling, inpatient psychiatry, residential mental health care, and outpatient psychiatry. She enjoys taking a holistic approach to mental health including psychotherapy, environmental modifications, and medication when necessary.
